Intensive training leads to muscle breakdown and inadequate muscle recovery. L-Glutamine is an important source of nitrogen from which amino acids are made. After a training, our body must compensate the shortage of amino acids with extra nitrogen. These amino acids are necessary to recover damaged protein and to supplement them. Out of these new protein originates new muscle tissue.
Less fatMusculi Glutamine functions as a fat burner. The kidneys turn glutamine into glucose without an influence on the glucagon and insulin values.
Usage
Mix 5g (= 1 heaped scoop) of glutamine with 250ml of water or your favorite sports drink.
Use glutamine with your whey-shake, post-workout shake and in your shake before bedtime.
For optimal solubility: respect the mixing ratio from the label, shake the mixture sufficiently and do not use ice cold water.
