How am I sure that my product is secure and safe?

All buckets are sealed with an external Musculi sleeve around the neck and an internal seal in the cover.
The Musculi sleeve contains the Musculi logo.

All bags are personalized Musculi bags with an internal hasp and an external heat seal across the width of the bag.

If you received a product without the Musculi sealing, we are not responsible for its content.  
For the distribution of our products we are currently working with DPD, a well-known and safe parcel distributor.

Who do I contact if I have issues with my order/package?

Is it safe to take Musculi products when I’m pregnant?

All the Musculi products are made from high quality resources and with the highest standards in safety and hygiene. Still, we always recommend to ask your GP for advice if you are pregnant or suffer from any kind of condition.

I’m not sure about the usage of a Musculi product. Who can I contact to help me with this?

We always display the recommended usage on the labels of the Musculi products and on the Musculi webshop. Is it possible to leave a review of a Musculi product?

You can rate and review every product on our shop. Reviews are welcomed and by writing a review you are sharing your Musculi experience with other customers. All reviews are subject to approval by our website staff.

I also want a diet plan or a workout plan to get more results. Can Musculi offer me that?
